【摘要】:Thisstandardshallapplytothedesignofventingsystemsfortheemergencyventingofproductsofcombustionfromfiresinbuildings.TheprovisionsofChapters4through10shallapplytothedesignofventingsystemsfortheemergencyventingofproductsofcombustionfromfiresinnonsprinklered,single-storybuildingsusingbothhandcalculationsandcomputer-basedsolutionmethodsasprovidedinChapter9.Chapter11shallapplytoventinginsprinkleredbuildings.Thisstandardshallnotspecifyunderwhichconditionsventingistobeprovidedorrequired.Whereaconflictexistsbetweenageneralrequirementandaspecificrequirement,thespecificrequirementshallbeapplicable.
