【摘要】:Thistestmethodissuitableforthegeneralquantitativeanalysisofcommercialtaracidmixtures.Itmaybeusedasatoolforqualitycontrolandspecificationpurposesbyproducersandusers.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthequantitativedeterminationofphenolandcertainhomologuesofphenolintaracidandcresylicacidmixturesusingcapillarygaschromatography.Itisanormalizationtestmethodthatdetermineshomologdistributionbutisnotanabsoluteassaysinceitdoesnotaccountforwaterorothercompoundsnotdetectedbyaflameionizationdetector.1.2Indeterminingtheconformanceofthetestresultsusingthismethodtoapplicablespecifications,resultsshallberoundedoffinaccordancewiththerounding-offmethodofPracticeE29.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,seeSection8.
