【摘要】:ThispartofISO20474specifiesthegeneralsafetyrequirementsforearth-movingmachineryasdefinedinISO6165,eachoftheserequirementsbeingcommontotwoormoreearth-movingmachinefamilies.Itisalsoapplicabletomachineattachments,andtoderivatedmachinerydesignedprimarilyforequipmentusedtoloosen,pick-up,move,transportand/ordistributeearth,ortogradeearthandrock.ItisintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwiththeotherpartsofISO20474,whichgivetheprovisionsthatarespecifictoparticularmachinefamilies,andwithISO/TS20474-14,whichgivesinformationonprovisionsthataremandatoryinparticularcountriesorregions.ThosespecificrequirementstakeprecedenceovertherequirementsofthispartofISO20474forthemachinesconcerned.Formultipurposemachinery,allofthosepartsofISO20474whoserequirementscoverthefunctionsandapplicationsofsuchmachinesareapplicable.EXAMPLEForacompactloaderalsousedasatrencher,therelevantrequirementsofISO20474-1,ISO20474-3andISO20474-10areapplicable.ThispartofISO20474dealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttotheearth-movingmachinerywithinitsScopewhenusedasintendedorunderconditionsofmisusereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seealsoISO/TS20474-14).Itspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasuresforeliminatingorreducingrisksarisingfromsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsoreventsduringcommissioning,operationandmaintenance.Itdoesnotdealwiththeelectricalhazardsrelatedtothemaincircuitsanddrivesofmachineswhentheprincipalsourceofenergyiselectrical.Itisnotapplicabletomachinesmanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublication.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60793establishesuniformrequirementsformeasuringthemacrobendinglossofsingle-modefibres(categoryB)at1550nmor1625nm,categoryA1multimodefibresat850nmor1300nm,andcategoryA3andA4multimodefibresat650nm,850nmor1300nm,therebyassistingintheinspectionoffibresandcablesforcommercialpurposes.Thestandardgivestwomethodsformeasuringmacrobendingsensitivity:MethodAMandrelwinding,pertainstocategoryBsingle-modefibresandcategoryA1multimodefibres.MethodBQuartercirclebends,pertainstocategoryA3andA4multimodefibres.Forbothofthesemethods,theopticalpowerismeasuredusingeitherthepowermonitoringorthecut-backtechnique.MethodsAandBareexpectedtoproducedifferentresultsiftheyareappliedtothesamefibre.Thisisbecausethekeydifferencebetweenthetwomethodsisthedeployment,includingthebendradiusandamountoffibrethatisbent.ThereasonforthedifferenceisthatA3andA4multimodefibresareexpectedtobedeployedinshortlengthswithrelativelyfewerbendscomparedtosingle-modeandcategoryA1multimodefibres.
